The IPA has received 60 entries from 30 agencies for its 2006 Effectiveness Awards.
The chairman of the judges for the competition, which is open to any agency from any country, will be Sir Paul Judge, the master of the Worshipful Company of Marketors.
He will be supported by Laurence Green, the managing partner of Fallon, as the convenor of judges, and Neil Dawson, the chairman of TBWA\London, as the dep-uty convenor of judges.
There are two judging panels. One is made up of client judges, while the second contains representatives from within the industry.
