The group, which reports to the U.N. Human Rights Commission--a body that includes such humanitarian luminaries as Sudan, Cuba, China, Saudi Arabia, and Zimbabwe--proclaimed that prisoners at Guantanamo are being treated inhumanely and even tortured.
