Cosmo pop quiz: What's your least favorite body part? Your (a) abs, (b) butt, (c) thighs, (d) all of the above. If you answered (d), you're so not alone. We get endless e-mails from readers bugged by all three of these hard-to-tone zones. Which is why this month we enlisted exercise physiologist Sal Fichera, certified personal trainer and founder of Forza Fitness (forza fitness.com) to design a simple and effective workout to specifically slim and sculpt your top trouble spots.

What makes this lean routine so special is that it targets each problem area from two angles. "Your muscles are multidimensional, so to sculpt your abs, butt, and thighs, you have to attack them from two directions," says Fichera. Try this two-pronged approach three times a week on nonconsecutive days and you should make noticeable progress in one month.
