A Pathetic? Nah. A wee bit desperate? Perhaps. Although this dude may be cute and all, he sounds like a total cad. If I had to guess, I'd say he's the type that heads out to a bar with his buddies, maybe takes bets on who's going to get some, and then, after a few beers, sets his sights on a target. Now, I'm not saying that he doesn't like you. There is a chance that after chatting with you for a bit, he felt a genuine connection, and I wouldn't be surprised if he does call to ask you out (as well as any other girls he may have met that same weekend). Just be cautious--there's a good chance this guy is only looking for an easy lay.
