Belgrade, 29 April: The chairman of the National Council for Cooperation with the Hague tribunal [and the Serbia-Montenegro human and minority rights minister], Rasim Ljajic, has said that "at the present time no-one knows whether or when [Bosnian Serb wartime commander] Ratko Mladic will be handed over to the Hague [tribunal]".
