Government spokesman Ghazi Hamad said that cancellation or marginalization of the government by certain states for any reason is unacceptable. Hamad asked for clarifications regarding French President Chirac's proposal to establish a fund supervised by the World Bank to pay PNA [Palestinian National Authority] employees' wages.
