Rajib Chatterjee KOLKATA, April 24: Owing to the lack of de-siltation, most of the water outlets at Barasat in North 24-Parganas have dried up. And now a small water outlet connecting local canals that drain out water seems destined to share this fate. Take a walk around Banikantha canal emerging from a large lake in ward No 10 of Barasat municipality and leading to Badu at Madhyamgram.
