Performance of Thailand's banks in Q1/2006: Improved from the preceding quarter but fell from same quarter of last year.

Section: Research - Kasikorn Research Center has estimated the performance of 11 Thai commercial banks (not including 3 new commercial banks which have just been upgraded from finance companies) by dividing them into 3 groups: large, medium and small commercial banks. The estimation is based on data from the consolidated financial statements and other relevant information of each bank.
