At first blush the AACA Library and Research Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania, suggests much of the same-a collection of automotive history including sales literature, old photographs and vintage books and magazines-located inside a rambling brick farmhouse that serves as headquarters for the Antique Automobile Club of America.
But once inside the building, a redecorated study area is but the first sign that lots of changes are afoot for the AACA.
The Research Center is now the official repository for several historic motor vehicle organizations including the Motor Bus Society, the Lincoln Motor Car Foundation and the Society of Automotive Historians' archives. The Corvette Restoration Society and the Society for the Preserva-tion and Appreciation of Antique Motor Fire Apparatus in America set up shop here, too.
