Revlon has appointed Starcom to handle its pounds 10m centralised pan-European media planning and buying account.
The haircare and cosmetics manufacturer called the pitch in January as part of a decision to consolidate its business into a single agency network.
The UK business moves from PHD, which had held the pounds 3m account since 2003, having won the work in a pitch against Starcom. PHD is understood to have pulled out of the pan-European review.
