Apr. 18--LAKEWOOD RANCH -- The fourth elementary school in the Lakewood Ranch-River Club area -- the first to be built north of State Road 70 -- will break ground this summer. Elementary School "G" will be located along Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, about midway between S.R. 70 and S.R. 64, near a future expansion of Pope Road, Sheridan Dowling, a supervisor in construction services for Manatee County Schools, said Monday. "We hope to break ground in late June and our goal is to have the school set to open in August 2007," Dowling said.
