[Presenter] The former president of the former Central African Republic, Ange-Felix Patasse, and the Congolese vice-president, Jean-Pierre Bemba have been referred to the International Criminal Court. The decision was made by the Central African Republic's Court of Cassation. The two men have been accused of having committed violent acts to prevent the attempted coup d'etat staged by Francois Bozize in the Central African Republic in 2002.
