Clearly anyone with a fat sack of Ben Franklins can buy a Ferrari and prance around town with a Prancing Horse. But not everyone who buys a Ferrari can really drive one.
The folks at Ferrari are keenly aware of this and since 1993 have offered the Pilota Ferrari driving course, an extensive, four-step program at its Fiorano track in Italy.
The Ferrari folks also know not everyone is in love with crossing the pond to do it, so for the first time in North America the company is rolling out an event it calls the Ferrari Driving Experience at Mont-Tremblant, Quebec.
While it's not as comprehensive as Pilota Ferrari, the two-and- a-half-day program has plenty to offer.
