Section: Law - A new Thai product-liability law will soon come into force, and when it does, it will likely create significant change in the business and legal landscape. In this, the first of a two-part series, we look at the legal framework of the draft law, with particular emphasis on its key provisions and how they differ from currently available legal remedies, the Bangkok Post reports.
