Thailand: Toyota boggest seller at Motor Show.

Section: General News - Toyota Sales generated by the recent Bangkok International Motor Show dropped by 10 billion baht from last year's event, organisers said on April 4, the Bangkok Post reports.

Chaturon Komolmis, the organising committee's vice-chairman, estimated sales would be worth 20 billion baht, based on 15,000 booked vehicles, which was down from last year's total of 30 billion.

The top five performing car brands at the event were Toyota, with bookings for 4,968 vehicles, followed by Isuzu (2,022), Honda (1,300), Chevrolet (1,111) and Nissan (1,073).
