Thailand: Hitachi Global Storage Technologies aims to expand global market share for 3.5inch HDD products.

Section: Corporate News - Hitachi Global Storage Technologies (Thailand) Limited, the world's leading hard disk drive (HDD) manufacturer, has set an ambitious target to double its share in the global 3.5-inch HDD market in the next two years, the Bangkok Post reports.
According to Nakorn Tangsujaritpun, deputy managing director, the company has aimed to increase its share in the 3.5-inch HDD market by 2% to 9% this year before doubling the figure to 18% in the next two years.
