KUALA LUMPUR: The story of how Hang Nadim saved Temasek (Singapore) from a swordfish attack, as told in Singapura Dilanda Todak, took centre stage at the Dewan Rakyat seating yesterday.
The metaphor was used by Datuk Raja Ahmad Zainuddin Raja Omar (BN-Larut) to describe the jealousy of the Opposition over the success of Umno Youth deputy chief, Khairy Jamaluddin.
"It is just like when Hang Nadim saved Singapore from the swordfish attack; there was a prevalent feeling that the boy was threatening their position," he said.
