KUALA LUMPUR: A 25-year-old woman claimed she was verbally abused and 'injured' by an express bus driver in an argument at Puduraya bus terminal last Friday.

The bank officer, who wished to be known as Goh, claimed the driver reprimanded her for being late and then slammed the luggage compartment door while she was standing close to it, injuring her right arm.

Recounting her 'ordeal', Goh said she was accompanying her younger sister, mother and grandmother to the Puduraya bus terminal last Friday to board the express bus to return to Batu Pahat, Johor.
