Grindrod grows southern African business with Cross Country deal KwaZulu-Natal Correspondent DURBAN Shipping and logistics group Grindrod yesterday bought its second new business this month, acquiring 100% of Cross Country Containers for an undisclosed sum.

The move, subject to regulatory approval, further cements its foothold in the movement of containers in southern Africa. Cross Country manages and controls the movement of containers by road and rail throughout the region.
