Despite a weeks-old announcement it had sold out, extra tickets have appeared for this weekend's inaugural Punkspring in Tokyo and Osaka. But sold out or not, promoter Creativeman's gamble to start two new large-scale events in a previously festival-free season has definitely paid off--at least for the rockers.
