TfL hunts agency for Tour de France task.(Transport for London)(Brief article)

Transport for London (TfL) is seeking a sports marketing agency to oversee the Grand Depart for the 2007 Tour de France, the world's biggest annual sporting event.

It is the first time an official stage of the Tour has taken place in the UK, although time trials were held in Plymouth in 1974, and between Dover and Brighton as well as in Portsmouth in 1994.

The Grand Depart comprises the opening ceremony, a five-mile prologue race and the first stage of the tour, before it crosses the Channel.
