Taipei, 27 March: Rejecting Beijing's plan to develop China's Fujian Province into a "peaceful cooperation experimental district on the west bank of the Taiwan Strait," a Mainland Affairs Council (MAC) official said Monday [27 March] that the MAC is concerned that the plan would turn Taiwan into a "second Hong Kong."
