Value City Department Stores Inc. is a full line, off-price department store chain, operating 75 stores throughout the Midwest and East. The stores offer men's, women's and children's clothing, as well as housewares, hardware, toys, jewelry and other accessories. The average store size is 80,000 square feet, which enables the company to sell manufacturers' overruns and out-of-season close-outs.
