Denver area retail now 'in favor' with investors. (commercial real estate)

The retail segment of commercial real estate has lagged behind other segments of the commercial real estate market during Denver's economic rebound of the last few years, according to the Fuller Retail Group. However, they feel investor interest in Denver area shopping centers is picking up.

"Retail has become 'in favor' to many investors since other types of commercial product has priced itself to the level that investors see lesser amounts of upside," Chip Block said. His associates in the Retail Group are Greg Boechler, Jay Friedman and Steve Wickliff.
