Mar. 7--A Loma Rica man who pleaded no contest to molesting a 12-year-old Yuba County girl last year was sentenced to four years in prison Monday.

Mickle Dennis Moore, 64, pleaded to lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old and acknowledged an additional allegation that he engaged in substantial sexual conduct with the victim and that he served a prior prison term for a similar offense.

The victim was one of Moore's relatives, said Yuba County Deputy District Attorney Teresa Sydow.

According to the Yuba County Sheriff's Department, Moore fondled the victim at her Oregon House residence in April. He was …
