Anambra state Chief Judge, Justice Chuka Okoli yesterday urged lawyers to always resort to the use of garnishee procedure enshrined in the constitution as a way of fighting the incessant violation of court orders by Governments and their agencies. Okoli specifically wondered why Lagos State Government did not employ the procedure to get its seized local government allocation from the Federal Government.

Okoli's advice came on the heels of successful obedience of the NBA boycot-the court order by Anambra State branches of NBA.
