Tenn. latest to move on abortion

The Tennessee Senate passed a proposal to amend the state's constitution so that it doesn't guarantee a woman's right to an abortion. If the state General Assembly approves the measure twice in two years, voters will be asked to decide the issue. Earlier this month, South Dakota approved a law that would bar abortion except to save the mother's life.
