Colombian Armed Forces aircraft have entered Ecuadorian airspace again, this time over Puerto Nuevo, a border town near the San Miguel River in the northeast of Lago Agrio Canton.

According to local residents, most of whom are Colombian, the incursion occurred at 2230 [local time] on Saturday [11 March]. They say that at least two aircraft which they could not see in the dark flew at least 5km over the border during an attack on guerrillas camped at Teteye, Colombia. …
