Parents, students at Bear Creek High give facilities a failing grade.

Mar. 13--STOCKTON - In a case of haves and have-nots, Bear Creek High School could be suffering from a facilities inferiority complex because of what it doesn't have.
As rapid construction in north Stockton gave Lodi Unified School District an opportunity to build the $80million Ronald E. McNair High School at West and Morada lanes, some Bear Creek students and parents are feeling left out and have dubbed the new state-of-the-art campus "McNair University."
