Exent Technologies Ltd. has raised $3 million from Intel Corp. (Nasdaq: INTC) and Cisco Systems (Nasdaq: CSCO) in fourth financing round. Exent has raised $34.5 million to date, including the present round.

Founded in 1992, Exent is run by CEO Zvi Levgoren. The company has developed application-on-demand (AOD) solutions for telecommunications companies and Internet service providers for transmitting online games to end-users.
