Mar. 6--Sales of housing priced around five million baht a unit have slowed by 20 percent due to the current political climate, according to Supalai Plc.
Atip Bijanonda, deputy managing director of the listed developer, said single houses priced above five million baht were often purchased as second homes and therefore potential buyers would be more cautious as they waited to see the economic impact of the political situation.
