We were piloting a fourth-gen Mazda 626 with a Dodge Aries K wagon hot on our tail, ramming our bumper. We brake-checked in a last-ditch effort to lose the K car, but the Dodge made it alongside our rear bumper. Grinding together, the driver of the Aries turned in, planted the throttle and spun us off into the weeds.
