Chorus at Leesburg High will belt out show tunes.

Mar. 8--Broadway show tunes will be performed by the Leesburg High School chorus at 7 p.m. March 24 and 25 at the Paul P. Williams Auditorium at Lake-Sumter Community College off U.S. Highway 441 in Leesburg.
The spring production will include dance numbers and songs from Guys and Dolls, Chicago and Phantom of the Opera, performed by members of the choir, along with some of the teachers. Tickets are $5 and can be ordered by calling 352-753-6308 by March 16. Honoring volunteers
Fruitland Park Elementary School will recognize its volunteers for the 2005-06 school year from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. during a brunch April 4 in the school cafeteria, 304 W. Fountain St. Volunteers are invited to the event. To make a reservation, call 352-787-2693.
