The Botswana National Front (BNF) would only enter into a political agreement that preserves its organisational autonomy. Secretary-general Akanyang Magama said yesterday that the decision was reached at the BNF leadership forum meeting over the weekend. He said the decision is in line with the recommendations of the party congress last July at the Ledumang Senior Secondary School in Gaborone. "The leadership forum has noted that the ongoing opposition parties' negotiations should not in anyway affect the BNF normal political activities," Magama said.
