Although my book, Rice Bowl & Chips: How Asian countries are using the Silicon Valley model to develop technology start-ups" (iUniverse, 2005), was an attempt to document technology entrepreneurship in Asia, the World Bank-sponsored InfoDev workshop on Feb. 20-23 was like an eye-opener for me. Because of this, I plan to add a postscript chapter, if ever I do revise the book, with some "realities" about tech entrepreneurship in Asia.
