Necessary to assess benefits A GLOBAL survey conducted by KPMG, examining the commitment by companies and the level of benefit delivery arising from IT projects, has highlighted some serious shortfalls. Walter Palk, partner at KPMG in SA, says boards are making increased commitment to shareholders, and management is making commitments to boards, about the delivery of targeted benefits from projects.
