GSB expects to earn 10 billion baht in profit.

Mar. 1--HONG KONG -- The Government Savings Bank (GSB) is set to boost its net profit this year to 10 billion baht after recording an impressive profit of over 12 billion baht last year.
The bank also plans to raise its deposit base and fee income while keeping non-performing loans (NPL) below 4 percent of total outstanding loans, said director-general Goanpot Asvinvichit.
"The 2005 profit represented the strongest performance we've ever had," he said.
