US bid to block P'O sale goes before UK High Court.

Byline: Judge weighs up last-minute move from Miami, write Janet Porter and Roger Pearson
ELLER ' Co, the Miami stevedore involved in US litigation to block the sale of P'O to Dubai's DP World, is taking its case to London's High Court.
The intervention came as lawyers for P'O yesterday sought legal approval of the GBP3.9bn takeover.
Mr Justice Warren is being asked to allow the 'scheme of arrangement' relating to the financial aspects of the deal. Normally such matters are unopposed.
