Feb. 27--Downtown commuters will have to shift their routes again Wednesday, when Marquette Interchange reconstruction shuts down two more on-ramps, a state Department of Transportation official said. Starting at 6 a.m. Wednesday, workers will close the McKinley Ave. on-ramp to northbound I-43, project supervisor Barbara Mikolajczyk said. The rebuilt ramp will reopen in September or October, she said. The ramp closure means drivers heading north from downtown will have to take N. 6th St. north to W. North Ave. to reach the nearest on-ramp to northbound I-43. Commuters are already familiar with that route; since the McKinley Ave. exit…
