The Minister of Finance and Development Planning, Baledzi Gaolathe has a reputation as a'nice guy'. In fact others went as far as describing the soft-spoken politician as a political sissy but this week in Parliament, he surprised many as he shed the softie tag and put on a combative gear when he responded to members Of parliament's comments on his budget speech.
