Thailand: Investor confidence unaffected by political changes, says FTI.

Section: General News - A political change or even dissolution of parliament will not greatly affect investor confidence in Thailand's economy because those investors are familiar with the phenomenon, according to a Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) executive.

FTI Vice Chairman Santi Vilassakdanont said here on Tuesday that Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra's invitation to the country's leading entrepreneurs to discuss ways to solving the nation's economic problems was considered a good move.
