Holley: A 3G Newcomer is Having Its Best Year.

HANGZHOU, February 24, SinoCast -- With five years' struggling and waiting, Holley Communications, a wireless communication technology application and integrated solutions provider in China, is having its best year.

Ge Chen, general manager of Holley Communications Group, a Holley subsidiary, confirmed this week that Holley Communications was granted with GSM and CDMA mobile phone licenses on February 13 by Chinese telecom watchdogs.

With the licenses in pockets, Holley Communications is planning to inject CNY 100 million to set up a mobile phone production base and to sell its own-branded handsets.
