Feb. 24--CHARLES WOODSON CUT quite a figure the first day he walked into the Raiders training complex, all spiffy and confident and touted and loved. He looked like a mountain climber ascending the summit, certain of what he had to offer the top o' the world, blissfully unaware of what the top o' the world had in store for him. The question that day, from this chair in the cynical chorus, was: Would he change the Raiders or would the Raiders change him?
