THE Ebonyi State government has concluded arrangements for the peaceful conduct of the two-day public hearing on the Review of the 1999 Constitution for the South East Zone commencing in Abakaliki today.

Already, various groups in the zone including the pan-Igbo socio-cultural organization, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, elected representatives, political associations, individuals and non-governmental organizations are set to make presentations to the committee.
