The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. (NCADD) has announced its Prevention and Education Awards for 1993, saluting two programs that have demonstrated creativity and insight into the prevention of alcohol and other drug problems.
The Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Council of Nebraska will receive the Meritorious Award for "Life II, the Nebraska Collegiate Alcohol Abuse Prevention Project."
