Feb. 20--New UW football coach Bret Bielema has taken enough grief and says it's time for the final word on his controversial Hawkeye tattoo. "It's permanent, it's a part of me -- that tattoo is a part of my history. It's staying," says Bielema. "But I do wear high socks now." The two-inch tattoo on Bielema's calf is something he designed himself as a young man heading off to college at Iowa.
