Statesman News Service BHUBANESWAR, Feb. 20. The state Assembly today witnessed angry and vociferous protests by members, irrespective of party lines, against the recommendations of the Delimitation Commission with five associate members submitting their resignations. The agitated members sought the intervention of the speaker urging him to convene an all-party meeting and adopt an unanimous resolution in the House.
