Kenyan's economic freedom has declined in the three years Kibaki has been in power, an international economic index says.

The 2006 Index of Economic Freedom puts Kenya in position 94 of 157 countries surveyed. Kenya's economic freedom index stands at 3.20. In the index, a score of one is the best and five the worst.
