Feb. 15--It's understandable if followers of La Salle basketball are rubbing their eyes after looking at the Atlantic Ten Conference standings these days, suspecting they must be upside down. But there's no mistake. The Explorers are fourth in the 14-team league with a 7-4 record. And at 15-7 overall, they have more wins than any A-10 team except the conference heavyweight, seventh-ranked George Washington. They have assured themselves a winning season for the first time since going 14-13 in 1992-93. La Salle, which started the season having won only 33 percent of its A-10 games since joining the league for the 1995-96 season, has never had a …
