Feb. 6--Ticon Industrial Connection Plc, a SET-listed rental factory provider, expects its rental warehouse services in its Ticon Logistics Park (TLP) to contribute one third of its consolidated revenue next year.
Ticon established the subsidiary TLP Co Ltd last August with registered capital of one billion baht to invest 3.7 billion baht, including land cost, in the new site.
The logistics park covers 205,000 square metres at Km 39 on the Bang Na-Trat highway, to tap demand for international-specification warehouse buildings, according to managing director Virapan Pulges.
